Privacy
Built privacy-first. The short version: we don't know who you are, and we'd like to keep it that way.
We don't track you
There is no account, no email, no name, and no profile. You get an anonymous, pseudonymous session so the app can dedupe reports and count confirmations — nothing that identifies a person.
No personal data, ever
We never ask for or store names, emails, passport numbers, case numbers, or any visa application detail. The only thing you submit is a consulate, a visa type, and the dates you saw open.
Cookieless, aggregate analytics
We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, builds no cross-site profile, and feeds no advertising network. We use no third-party tracking or ad SDKs.
Fraud signals stay private and hashed
To keep fake 'slot' spam out, we look at coarse network and device signals when you report. These are salted-hashed on our server, used only to weight trust, kept briefly, and never stored raw, never exposed to your browser, and never used for analytics. VPN, corporate, and Tor users are down-weighted — never banned.
What we store
Anonymous sightings and confirmations (consulate, visa type, dates, timestamps) so the live feed works. Timestamps are stored in UTC and shown in your local timezone. That's it.
Alerts are opt-in & separate
Alerts are the one place we store contact info, and only if you ask for them. Your email or Telegram is verified (one-time code), encrypted at rest, kept in its own table that is never linked to your anonymous reports or votes, and removed with a one-tap unsubscribe link in every alert. We never sell it or use it for anything but the alerts you set up.
